Dough Ratio is a small independent site with free calculators for sourdough, levain and pizza dough. Each tool does one job: you type your numbers and get the weights to put on the scale.

Everything is calculated in your browser, so what you type is never sent to us. The results are weights and ratios only; they don't forecast fermentation or baking times.
